What is required for a gun or firearm transfer?

$35 Flat Fee per firearm for FFL transfers inclusive of NICS CHECK

What do you need for gun transfers? Here are the requirements:

(ONE OF THE BELOW ITEMS)

• CURRENT Kansas Drivers license WITH address that matches current residence
• CURRENT Kansas concealed carry license 
• CURRENT State issued identification documents with CURRENT Kansas Address (DMV Registration, Hunting License, etc.) AND Valid Drivers License/CCL

How do I transfer a firearm in?

1. Call or email for all transfers IN ADVANCE
2. The transferring dealer must have a copy of the Crosshairs Consulting FFL prior to shipping
3. Crosshairs Consulting MUST have a copy of the shipping dealers FFL prior to shipping 

**For Missouri resident Handgun Purchases, transfers can be made to a local FFL or mailed to your FFL of choice**

Crosshairs Consulting does NOT accept blind transfers (any transfer without prior notification from shipping client)
